About BKX Labs: Software Rescue Agency
BKX Labs is a specialized software rescue agency founded by Faisal Khalid in 2025.
About Us
The specialized engineering team businesses call when their software is failing and they need it fixed, not patched.

Connect on LinkedInFaisal Khalid is the Founder and Lead Architect at BKX Labs, bringing over five years of active experience in engineering, auditing, and rescuing enterprise web systems. Specializing in high performance architectures utilizing Laravel, React, PHP, Node.js, and the broader MERN stack, Faisal established BKX Labs to resolve critical infrastructure bottlenecks for businesses paralyzed by undocumented or overgrown legacy products.
His engineering methodology prioritizes systemic stability over superficial fixes. Before executing code modifications, Faisal mandates comprehensive system diagnostics to identify root architectural flaws rather than merely patching surface symptoms. His core directive is to deliver clean, maintainable systems free of unnecessary complexity, ensuring any competent engineering department can manage the infrastructure independently post deployment.
At BKX Labs, Faisal maintains direct technical oversight on all rescue engagements. By personally reviewing both the diagnostic and architecture stages, he guarantees that all foundational decisions are grounded in strict engineering principles. Faisal is concurrently finalizing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at UET Lahore, reinforcing his practical enterprise experience with rigorous formal academic fundamentals.
"We were built to solve the most expensive problem in software: the moment a business realizes its development investment is failing and has nowhere skilled enough to turn."
Agencies disappear. Freelancers hit their ceiling. In-house teams inherit codebases no one understands. We combine forensic-level technical auditing with production-focused engineering and a strict "diagnose before prescribing" protocol.
How we got here
BKX Labs Founded
Faisal Khalid established the agency after recognizing a critical market gap: businesses with overgrown, undocumented, and failing legacy codebases had no specialized engineering team to turn to.
Enterprise Rescue Protocol
Formalized our proprietary two-phase rescue structure, ensuring strict separation between forensic diagnostic audits and actual code implementation to guarantee deterministic outcomes.
Zero-Defect Code Warranty
Introduced the industry-first 30-Day Defect Warranty on all delivered features, fundamentally shifting the risk of poor architecture away from the client and back to the engineering agency.
Three principles. Every engagement.
Diagnose Before Prescribing
Every failed project we have inherited was the result of someone skipping diagnosis and jumping to a solution already decided on. The Diagnostic Audit is the most important deliverable in any rescue engagement.
Auditability by Default
Every architectural decision is documented. Every production change is logged, reviewed, and approved before it ships. We build systems this way because an un-auditable codebase cannot be safely maintained.
Zero Vendor Lock-In
We do not introduce proprietary tooling that requires BKX Labs to maintain. Every system runs on standard, widely-supported components — fully documented at handover. Your team should be able to take it anywhere.
Priority Tools
Search-ready, fast-loading tools designed for technical decisions that need immediate answers. Free compliance, security, and infrastructure utilities.
Post-Quantum CBOM Generator
Identify quantum-vulnerable cryptographic dependencies in seconds; no manual inventory audit required.
NVIDIA Blackwell PUE Estimator
Get instant PUE and annual energy cost forecasts for Blackwell deployments without manual infrastructure design.
AI Prompt Privacy Auditor
Instantly identify PII leaks in prompts before sending to ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI services.
ADMT Proportionality Scorer
Score proportionality of worker monitoring in minutes; defensible assessment reduces litigation risk.
NIST FIPS 203 Migration Timeline Planner
Get a realistic 6-phase migration roadmap (discovery to cutover) in one calculation.
Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling ROI Tool
Decide if liquid cooling is financially justified for your racks in one comparison.
The BKX Labs Blog
We regularly publish deep dives on software architecture, compliance engineering, and rescuing legacy systems. No fluff, just practical engineering insights from production environments.
